在考慮墊片和螺栓蠕變的基礎(chǔ)上將波形墊圈、螺栓、法蘭和墊片作為一個靜不定系統(tǒng)建立了高溫下含波形墊圈連接系統(tǒng)的變形協(xié)調(diào)方程完善了緊密性分析方法。研究結(jié)果表明波形墊圈不僅能夠補(bǔ)償因螺栓、墊片蠕變所導(dǎo)致的系統(tǒng)松弛也能夠在一定程度上對法蘭的偏轉(zhuǎn)量和螺栓的拉伸量起到補(bǔ)償作用從而解決高溫工況下墊片殘余應(yīng)力下降造成的介質(zhì)泄漏問題。
